      In one line: at the waitlist stage we collect only your email address, plan preference,
      and how you found us. No credit data, no SSN, no account numbers, no payment information — ever, at this stage.
    

1. What we collect (waitlist stage)

Email address — so we can contact you about early access and launch.
Plan preference ($29 / $49 / $89, or "not sure") — so we can prioritize launch for people like you.
Source channel — UTM parameters or referral source, so we know which channel brought you.
Signup timestamp — when you joined.

We do not collect credit report data, credit scores, SSNs, account numbers, or payment information at the waitlist stage. If and when the service progresses to a paid stage, a separate privacy notice covering credit data will be provided before any credit data is collected.

2. How we use it

To email you about early access and launch updates — only if you opted in.
To measure waitlist demand (plan preference gives us a willingness-to-pay signal).
We do not sell, rent, or share your email with third parties.

3. Retention

Waitlist data (email + plan preference + source) is retained for a maximum of 60 days after your last activity, then deleted. If we need to keep it longer for a legitimate business reason, we will update this policy first.

4. Your rights

You may request deletion of your waitlist data at any time. To delete your information, email ciso@astraintelligence.co with the subject "Delete waitlist data" and the email address you used to sign up. We will confirm deletion within 7 days.

5. Security

Waitlist submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and stored in Netlify Forms with access restricted to the validation team. No credit data is stored at this stage.

6. Analytics

We use first-party, cookie-free analytics to understand how visitors engage with the ClearFile waitlist page. A lightweight server-side function logs pageviews and click events, including UTM parameters and referrer information, to help us measure the effectiveness of our distribution efforts. This analytics data is stored separately from the waitlist email data and contains no personal identifiers beyond your IP address. This helps us measure waitlist demand without relying on external vendors.

7. Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date above and note the change. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
